Basically, during my meditation, I somehow came to realize that brains use a kind of energy to form consciousness. It takes this energy in some sort of cell structure, brings it into a "structure" like that of a snail shell, reflects/refracts that energy backwards then forwards and inverted like the inside of the shell was a mirror reflecting light, and that causes self referential thought otherwise known as consciousness. I think that if I were to study the structure and known functions of brains enough I could come to some sort of enhanced scientific understanding of the mind/body connection.
Also, I believe our thoughts directly influence reality. I believe that the force of irony is a real thing. I also believe that the philosophy of The Secret is a real thing. I think that in some way holding a thought for a period of time then forgetting all about it is the manner in which a desire comes to reality. It is both The Secret and ironic. But then of course if we begin thinking that we are in control of the things that come to us irony will cause an opposite thing to happen so it gets really tricky.
Also, I believe that we are living in the best of all possible worlds. I believe time is an illusion in that in any given moment our past and our future have already happened from some other perspective. I believe that our "guardian angel" is our own oversoul and guides us into the dimension or universe (amongst all universes that are possible) into the one which our mind best corresponds to. In as such if you think of an infinity symbol one side of the loop would be our mind and the other side of the loop is existence and reality. The both are dependent on the other and reality only first began with the very "first" mind that occurred in reality. Literally nothing existed until the first mind and since then past and future universe have just corresponded with what the minds are able to comprehend based on the collective best of all possible worlds.
For an individual, even though our mind is a part of physical reality our reality is only because of our mind. Therefore (by my understanding), our minds are our own and we are not entirely based on our reality. We combine the aspects of what we perceive into our mind to form an understanding of our reality and so since our mind is just a reflection of energy back unto itself and reality is formed in part by our mind and though our mind determines which parts of reality are relevant we literally form reality around us. And the force of irony is the negative reflection of our perspective of reality which equalizes the energy equation. And so if we hold a desire in our mind and then let that desire go when the energy comes back to counter what is in our mind the energy isn't there to be negated and so the karma leaves our mind and goes back out into reality having gone from the negative of the desire back to what the desire which was in our mind in the first place.
that's enough for now,
sincerely,
