We just yesternight had our niece over and that was a pretty good time. I liked to have her energy around because she liked to be around us. But the whole time she was here I didn't have time or the mind to work much. I did do some subtitling to the 26oz Challenge video that I'll post very soon but other than that the time was a kind of bust. Not a wasted day but was more devoted to the youth.
In addition to videos and whatnot I have also recently done a bit of thinking and writing of content, things, and philosophies that I will eventually want to throw up on here but in-so-far I'm not sure what I want my public face to be. A good deal of the things I think and want to share are somewhat sensitive to the nature of reality and I need to be careful what I reveal. Or at least how I reveal it. If I go to fast I could do more harm than good. Or if I reveal too much to the world at large. I mean, some of this stuff is not to be known by just anyone. It could harm me as well. So I don't know yet. I need to do a bit more thinking. I guess the positive in it all is that I put pen to paper and let the good ideas flow.
I don't suppose I would hurt too much here if I gave a little bit of a spoiler. One of the ideas I have is a kind of build up to a revolutionary new way for society to behave. One which has much less fear. I have some ideas on how to work on that but right now it's a total pipe dream, or a fictional story. But I do believe that one of the greatest problems with society facing us now is that people are really bored and they are somewhat afraid to act out their individual weirdness. I believe that people don't realize that we are all weird in a deep and personal sense. And so to reveal ones own sillinesses should not be embarrassing at all.
One way in which I would like to see people be entertained is by having kind of walk through mazes or just houses that are decorated in weird and bizarre ways. Ideally there would be a kind of theme which tied in to so sort of puzzle or grand interpretation of what was going on in the house, so to speak. I don't know. I have lots of ideas on this topic but the implementation is far from a reality. For one I need a space and possibly charge people to go through this maze thing but it's a totally new concept and I don't think it would be very popular at first because there is no precedent and no real name for it except in the sense of haunted houses. The first ones need to have some sort of goal or reward that come from being there that is clear to the customer or else no one will care to pay for it. Although another possibility in that respect is to post a fee for entrance to the thing and then strategically offer free admission to a number of people in order to get a word of mouth thing going. Just the newness and weirdness alone could possibly get it going. Or it could die in a flaming explosion. I will get to that point some day but still we are just worried about how we are going to pay for rent and such like that. Life and survival is still our primary concern. At least we have jobs and our landlord is giving us some time to get our shit back together enough that we can pay rent and bills on time. Time will tell, we shall see. More later perhaps.
