First and foremost our start is going to be in using Youtube to try and make some money. The research I have done on the successful and unsuccessful channels of Youtube have taught me much about how it works and how we are quite capable of earning money off of it. In fact, just the little bits of nothing that I have posted are presently earning about $.70 cents per month. That's actually pretty impressive considering how little actual effort and content has gone into it. Really what I've done is experiment to see what gets views and what makes money. For instance, "" is making about 700 views per month but has yet only made one cent, lol. While on the other hand, " only gets about 80 views per month but has made $.40 all on its own. There are a number of other factors that go into getting views and attracting subscribers to your channel such as frequency of posts, focus of the channel, length and content of the videos, special effects production, and manual advertisement beyond what Youtube provides intrinsically. And there's even more to it than that but what we've broke it down to, as well as others have (), is that there is a formula to success. For us the research and the invention of our videos are the easy part, the hard part is finding the time and motivation to implement our ideas. With day (and night) jobs, relationships, chores, and all the rest of real life that, as well as anyone who has tried to elevate their station in this society, can be quite a challenge.
However, we are older, wiser, and more mature now and spend far less time with idle distractions and actually find the work of editing videos and organizing our inspirations into fun and funny content for the videos to be a great time in itself. I think this is our base duty right now; simply, do more and sleep less.
However, again, Youtube is not the endgame in mind. Yes, it would be great to make a solid living off of making funny videos but this is just the start to the whole package I hope to some day deliver to the world. You see, for my entire life I've been very vague in answering what I want to do with myself. But I am able to answer simply and concisely, "I just want to help people somehow." How I intend to do this however is far from simple or concise in its delivery. I'll spare the back story for now but I can say that although I have wasted a great many hours on my own entertainment I have been singularly focused in my thoughts and observations in finding what is right, what is Truth, what is wrong, and how these ideologies apply to people, society, governments, individuals, friends and family, strangers, people lost on secluded islands in the ocean, smart and not so smart seeming people, and so on. It's not enough for me to help just a group of people or a certain kinds of people. I won't be satisfied until my philosophy applies to everyone in whatever crazy specific situation they may be.
In order to do this I need to gain more control of resources. This doesn't necessarily mean making lots of money, in fact I imagine it more in the earning of trust of others. Fortunately for me I have cultivated a personality and communication that most people are able to quickly learn that they can trust me with their most sensitive things. I think my biggest problem right now is lack of exposure. I don't know very many people who have their hands in many bits of local business and so I'm somewhat stuck at the bottom levels of just grinding a regular job stocking shelves or whatever. But that's where Youtube comes in to play. Everything that we do will add to our portfolio and with the more that we do the better we'll get at it. I would think that it's only a matter of time and jumping at the opportunities when they arise that I could become a part of something larger and more interesting than cutting fabric for a living. The part that follows that, where I'm gaining trust and control of resources, I use my inherent need for truthiness, moderate business practices, and sacrificing personal income for customer satisfaction. I believe that there is this natural yet unfounded fear that we need to get everything we can for ourselves and hoard it in order to survive and live well. In favor of that I would expect anything I get into to explode as people find that not only do I have a good service and/or product but also it is cheaper and any employees I might have are treated very well.
Right now people are very bored and very frustrated with the world and the society that they have been presented. I intend to make this world much more interesting, entertaining, and FAIR for us all. There will always be drama and difficulties but the people around me will find that we can have a lot of fun and raise ourselves to the same level and beyond those who are hoarding just for themselves. Humanity has come a long way in just the past hundred years and it is ready for what I have to offer it.
